Ice....and more ice

So....I worked today. Went in at 12, when the ice had just begun to accumulate upon our roadways. Got out at 5....and every road was basically a sheet of ice. Needless to say, I had a great time driving home. I then attempted to get on here, but forgot what my email was to get on this thing. Oh well. Life goes on.

And now, for your viewing enjoyment....the final round of last nights fight. But since no one alive watches boxing anymore, no one cares nor do they have a clue. It's in spanish, all the english versions have been deleted for piracy or w/e.

Tired

Just got back from the football game. What a drive.....we lost a very winnable game. Slightly disappointed, but it happens. Luckily, The Ohio State University pretty much tore Michigan a new one, so I'm at .500 on football today.

And now, I need a nap. No video until someone puts up highlights of OSU-UM on youtube. I'm out like Ethiopian fire hydrants.

Stupid clock change

I have never understood the idea behind changing the clock. How the heck do they pinpoint what day to change it at? Due to my confusion, there will be no video today, as I am horribly tired, even though apparently we were supposed to get an extra hour of sleep last night somehow. Gah!

Bob Villa should save the rainforest

The vast unknown that is my mind is rather uncreative at the moment. I have nothing to say, thus nothing to blog about. I really thought by today I could come up with something to write, but I got nothing. Oh well, there's always next week. Until then, make fun of our highly intelligent president.

Walking the line a bit

World History. The class we are all told to fear from our middle school days. But why? It's possibly the easiest class I have other than Accounting, and thats only because I've had all the accounting stuff already. The thing about history is that it makes us think, and sparks certain thoughts into our minds. I've always been a bit skeptical on religion, in fact, I will go so far as to say I have my own religion. History is a class that repeatedly mentions things related to religion, such as who a particular civilization worships and how that came to be. And as we take a deeper look into their faiths, and how our modern day religions came about, one will tend to see the hilarity involved in them. watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o

Now, I'm not saying religious people are stupid. Far from it. But from my point of view, 90% of it is a joke. I mean, I could go on all day about reasons why, but look at this one fact. The bible (not picking solely on Christianity and related faiths) was written by men after Adam and Eve screwed us all over by eating an apple. Which means that the people who wrote it were unperfect and corrupted, whether God was writing through them or not. So, whose to say the words they wrote down aren't corrupted, or even completely wrong? Am I saying a god doesn't exist? No, I will never say that. But I am saying that our perception of what is true and untrue on the topic of religion is incorrect.

Today's video, I will not embed into the blog. It WILL offend some people, and I'm not going to deal with people whining about it being inappropriate. However, I will say that there is part of a link in this blog, and if you add it to the end of "www.youtube.com/" it will work. Realize that it is a comedian, and there is a little bit of "inappropriate" (there's that word again). Also, the views stated are not necessarily my own, so don't call me atheist or devil-child.

Remember children, the boogie man is real and is outside your window as you read this.

Syntax Error

This blog will mark the beginning of something that may unintentionally cause a few problems to arise. Basically, from here on in, each time I blog I will also post a video of some sort. It will usually be music, but may occasionally be a comedian or something I find relevant. Now, I will NOT be held responsible for anything in these videos. If anyone feels as though they may be inappropriate, then its simple enough to not push play. I will try to stay within the bounds of school appropriateness, if that's a word, but I will not defer from posting a video that some overprotective person will think is unnecessary.

Now that that's out of the way.....

Job applications are the absolute worst thing ever. Especially ones that make you do employability tests. You see, in order to give the answers you know they want to see, any normal sane person will have to lie at some point in the test. Whether you realize that your doing it or not, you are. There is no way that any person can be 100% honest and give the answers they want to see.

And now for the video. This one is for Mrs. Chambers, who recently informed me she has never heard of Iron Maiden :(.

In case you were wondering

This color scheme and various changes to my blog were definitely not my idea.

Oh noes

Apparently we must do another blog. Here it sits, broken hearted, paid a dime to..........and so on. I go do more important stuffs now.

Everything under this is an edit because I got bored and didn't feel like making a new one, plus it was way too short and stupid.

I guess as much as I hate this idea of blogging, I do somewhat like it. I enjoy reading and commenting others' blogs, and being enlightened by what they have to say. I just do not feel comfortable, nor would it be school appropriate by today's unwritten rules, writing what goes through my mind on a daily basis. Do not take that the wrong way however. I am not psycho, and I will not go crazy and kill everyone anytime soon. Entirely the opposite in fact. Life in any form is something to be cherished, and it takes one messed up individual to take it away. As much as I enjoy to hunt, it truly is painful to take the life of any being, and I do not understand how murderers live with themselves. What does any of that have to do with.....well, anything? I don't know, but that's what is running through my head right now.

And that just proves my point that I cannot type out my thoughts without being judged as some lunatic, because I am quite sure that most people reading this are thinking, "wow what a psycho".

Perhaps I can get used to this "blog" concept. I'll give it a shot I suppose.

9/17/07

This is a blog. Filled with letters that form words. Goodbye.
