Bob Villa should save the rainforest

The vast unknown that is my mind is rather uncreative at the moment. I have nothing to say, thus nothing to blog about. I really thought by today I could come up with something to write, but I got nothing. Oh well, there's always next week. Until then, make fun of our highly intelligent president.

Walking the line a bit

World History. The class we are all told to fear from our middle school days. But why? It's possibly the easiest class I have other than Accounting, and thats only because I've had all the accounting stuff already. The thing about history is that it makes us think, and sparks certain thoughts into our minds. I've always been a bit skeptical on religion, in fact, I will go so far as to say I have my own religion. History is a class that repeatedly mentions things related to religion, such as who a particular civilization worships and how that came to be. And as we take a deeper look into their faiths, and how our modern day religions came about, one will tend to see the hilarity involved in them. watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o

Now, I'm not saying religious people are stupid. Far from it. But from my point of view, 90% of it is a joke. I mean, I could go on all day about reasons why, but look at this one fact. The bible (not picking solely on Christianity and related faiths) was written by men after Adam and Eve screwed us all over by eating an apple. Which means that the people who wrote it were unperfect and corrupted, whether God was writing through them or not. So, whose to say the words they wrote down aren't corrupted, or even completely wrong? Am I saying a god doesn't exist? No, I will never say that. But I am saying that our perception of what is true and untrue on the topic of religion is incorrect.

Today's video, I will not embed into the blog. It WILL offend some people, and I'm not going to deal with people whining about it being inappropriate. However, I will say that there is part of a link in this blog, and if you add it to the end of "www.youtube.com/" it will work. Realize that it is a comedian, and there is a little bit of "inappropriate" (there's that word again). Also, the views stated are not necessarily my own, so don't call me atheist or devil-child.

Remember children, the boogie man is real and is outside your window as you read this.
